Listing Prices Continue to Increase

April 2022 to May 2022 showed a 3.6% increase in new listings, and the average days on the market increased to 3 days. While we are beginning to a rise in the active inventory numbers, we saw a sharp 7.1% increase in median sales price from April to May 2022 as well. On Average, listings sold are receiving an average of 103.2% of the list price. “If selling your home is in your future…now is the time.
