The Strategic Plan for the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati is essentially our “workplan” and is what drives all initiatives for the entire organization.

With the full support and participation of our Board of Directors and our staff, we designed this plan with metrics so that we are held accountable for the results, as the primary focus is to retain and improve value to our members.
