Here at the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, we commit to foster a culture where diversity and inclusion are integrated into each of our three core services – Connections, Advocacy and Professionalism.
As an Alliance, we are committed to:
- Positively impact and lead the culture-building conversations across the Cincinnati Area related to diversity through education and advocacy.
- Celebrate and promote awareness for the diversity of our professional REALTORS® within our community and the work they do in our neighborhoods.
- Encourage all qualified members to pursue association leadership and committee involvement.
- Integrate and partner with local and national diversity groups into the daily mission and long-term strategic plan of the association.
These commitments are essential as we serve our members who help fulfill the dream of home and property ownership in America.
DEI Position Statement
Like many major cities, Cincinnati must recognize a history of intentional housing discrimination, including redlining, steering and lending practices that left many people unable to access the dream of homeownership.
As REALTORS®, we remain committed to eradicating discrimination. We acknowledge that discriminatory housing practices are ongoing; we invite accountability and discussion to help us carry out this work more thoughtfully and effectively.
