Prepares the annual RAGC and MLS budgets, and meets quarterly to recommend dues amounts, capital expenditures, and budget modifications to the Directors. *By appointment only.

Create, initiate, and coordinate community outreach programs. RAGC Realtors will engage community members in a manner that focuses on advancing a positive view of the professionalism of REALTORS® and the goodwill of RAGC and its members. The Committee should aim to host at least one event centered around each category: Serving an underserved population (seniors, children, etc.), sustainability or improving the environment, and affordable housing. Also, the committee should partner with DEI and YPN for an event that falls within the above criteria.

Promotes professionalism through articles and educational seminars. Develops promotional pieces that guide members on conduct becoming a REALTOR® and best practices for industry professionals. (Ohio REALTORS® handles administration and enforcement for Code of Ethics and professional standards violations.)

Plans the annual Golf Outing for the membership. Solicits sponsors for this event.

The Committee aims to raise the bar of professionalism by meeting member’s needs in continuing education requirements, including technology training, designations, and certifications. They work with the Director of Professional Development to create quality educational programs focused on relevant and timely topics affecting the real estate profession.

The Committee is committed to strategically preparing and supporting RAGC members for leadership positions at the state and national levels of the REALTOR® organization. The group comprises up to nine members, including a Chair and Vice Chair and seven appointed members serving staggered three-year terms. * By appointment.

The Committee will serve as the main fundraising entity for RAGC’s RPAC campaign, as well as identify educational opportunities to raise awareness of importance of RPAC. The Committee will meet monthly, conduct office outreach initiatives, and host events throughout Butler, Hamilton and Warren counties. Up to 15 members, each serving a one-year term. *By appointment only.

The RPAC Trustees will oversee candidate disbursements and/or endorsements, developing questionnaires, conducting interviews, and maintaining The RPAC Trustees will oversee candidate disbursements and/or endorsements, develop questionnaires, conduct interviews, and maintain a scorecard on REALTOR issues. This will be an appointed Committee OR Party Committee, three at-large appointments, and three representatives from the RAGC Local Political Coordinator program. Term length to be determined. *By appointment only.

Reviews, modifies, and enforces procedures and governing MLS rules to maintain the MLS’s purpose and objectives professionally and efficiently. NAR requires the inclusion of the majority of the Rules and Regulations. However, local MLSes may incorporate their own, provided they do not conflict with NAR. MLS Operations reviews recommendations from the MLS Users Committee before sending them to the MLS Directors for final approval. Serving on the MLS Users Committee for two years is a pre-requisite.

Evaluate MLS systems and services and recommend enhancements or modifications to improve the functionality and efficiencies in said systems and services. All considerations need to be fully vetted before recommendations are made. Two years of MLS membership or 25+ transactions is a pre-requisite.
