A contract to purchase real estate is filled with many terms, obligations, deadlines and contingencies, as well as, termination points and other considerations. Oftentimes, it is overwhelming to the buyer and seller…..and sometimes their representatives.
This course is intended to provide an overview of the contract to assist in understanding the intent of the language and provide tips on completing the form. You’ll go over the form, section by section, and receive an explanation of the clauses, along with suggested time frames for various contingencies.
Navigating a purchase/sale can be challenging. It’s more challenging when you don’t have a comprehensive understanding of the document that is the blueprint for the transaction from beginning to close.
Every new agent should take this course. And, seasoned agents should take the course to stay up-to-date on changes.
