REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC)

As a RAGC member, you will benefit by being a part of one of the largest, most powerful, and influential lobbying organizations in the country.

REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) fights for REALTORS®, their clients and the issues important to the industry. At RPAC, they work hard on a wide range of issues, including:

  • Preserving the Mortgage Interest Deduction
  • Preventing attempts to increase the Real Estate Transfer Taxes in Hamilton, Butler and Warren Counties
  • Securing continuation of the Property Tax Rollback policy that provides City of Cincinnati residents with property tax relief
  • Defeating proposed expansion of Ohio’s Sales Tax to “services” including every service that is part of a real estate transaction
  • Continued prohibition on banks from providing real estate services
