Affordable Housing is an important factor in a community’s quality of life and, therefore, an important issue in the real estate business. The REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati believes that Issue 24, the Affordable Housing Charter Amendment in Cincinnati, introduces a well-intentioned initiative aiming to combat housing shortages. However, this proposed amendment increases taxes and fails to address the underlying barriers to housing affordability.
The REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati produced this toolkit to help REALTORS® and community members enhance their knowledge and understanding of Issue 24 and its adverse impacts.
