Home sales activity and median prices rose across Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren counties in January compared to the same period a year ago, according to the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati.
Home sales in January 2025 reached 791, a 10% increase from the 679 sales recorded during the month last year. The median sales price across the four-county area reached $275,000, a 16.5% increase from the $250,000 mark posted in January 2024.
“A number of positive signs emerged in the Greater Cincinnati housing market in January – notably, the gains posted in sales activity and in median prices provide a clear indication of the region’s vibrancy and strength,” said DaVan Gassett, President of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati. “Additionally, we experienced an uptick in the inventory of homes being marketed for sale during the month – which will provide consumers with an array of options during their home search.
