Your Chance to Lead: Apply Now for REALTOR® Alliance & CincyMLS Board
Applications are now open for the 2025-2027 RAGC Board of Directors and will be accepted until June 20, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.
Candidates for Director must meet the two (2) following qualifications:
- Member of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati in Good Standing for the immediate past three (3) years; and
- Three years of proven participation as a member of a committee, task force/workgroup, or advisory group of the Association by the time the director position is assumed.
Complete the application form. RAGC is seeking candidates to fill four Officer positions.
Please note the following before completing the application:
- Becoming a member of the Board of Directors is a 3-year commitment (2025-2027). If you subsequently decide to run for President-elect, the commitment would be more in the 5-6 years range.
- Board meetings are held once a month, usually on the third Thursday of the month. The meetings start promptly at 9:00 a.m. and could last until 12:00 p.m. In addition, special meetings may be called with a three (3) day notice. We want you to be aware of this because if you miss three (3) meetings in a rolling 12-month period, you are subject to removal from the Board of Directors.
- During the year, there will be functions other than Directors meetings you will be expected to attend as a member of the Board of Directors (Installation Dinner, RPAC events, assigned as Director Liaison committee meetings, etc.) We want you to be aware of the extent of the commitment.
- A total of 6 to 8 candidates will be chosen by the Nominating Committee, and if you are chosen, RAGC will provide you with campaigning guidelines. Campaigning is important. A total of four (4) candidates will be elected by the membership via electronic (Internet) voting in conjunction with the RAGC Annual Meeting in October, 2024.
