Steps to Become a Member of RAGC
To apply for membership, transfer a membership, or become a secondary member with REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC), follow the steps below. In joining RAGC, you will also become a member of both the Ohio REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®.
Step1
Acquire your Real Estate License in Ohio
Acquire your real estate license from the Ohio Division of Real Estate and have it held by a broker who is a member of the association.
Step2
Initiate the Invitation Process & Apply
Step3
Complete Online Orientation
Shortly after completing your membership steps, you will receive a personal invitation to join via email. This email will include a personalized link for an upcoming online Orientation, which is a prerequisite for membership. Classes are held monthly.
Step4
Board of Directors to Approve Application
You will be notified once your application is approved.
2026 Pro-rated Dues*
Applicants for REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati membership are subject to a $250.00 admission fee.
