Commissioner Shannon Jones visited RAGC leaders to discuss Warren County state of affairs, and to hear feedback from REALTORS®
The Realtor Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC) was honored to host a Warren County Commissioner during a recent lunch-hour discussion with our board leaders and members. This valuable meeting provided an opportunity to delve into key issues impacting Warren County, one of the fastest-growing regions in Ohio.
With Warren County currently ranking as the third fastest-growing county in the state and maintaining a remarkable zero debt status, the Commissioner shared insights on the county’s budgeting priorities. A key focus of the discussion was how to balance infrastructure needs with preserving some of the county’s farmland, particularly in the area between I-75 and I-71. As development continues at a rapid pace, zoning and land-use policies remain critical topics of interest for real estate professionals and the community alike.
The Commissioner extended an invitation to RAGC to attend an upcoming County Commission meeting to present the Southwest Ohio State of Real Estate report. This will provide an excellent platform for RAGC members to share market trends, housing challenges, and industry perspectives directly with county leadership.
RAGC’s Advocacy Committee remains committed to fostering meaningful relationships with elected officials through its monthly meet-and-greet sessions. These gatherings create opportunities for open dialogue, collaboration, and proactive solutions to ensure Southwest Ohio continues to thrive while maintaining a balanced approach to growth and development.
We appreciate the Commissioner’s time and engagement with our members, and we look forward to continuing these productive discussions in the future. Stay tuned for updates on our upcoming advocacy initiatives and how you can get involved!
