On Wednesday, October 14, 2026, we celebrated the inaugural class of REALTORS® graduating from the joint Leadership Lab between Dayton REALTORS®, the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, and the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors.
This class of leaders worked tirelessly over the course of several months to improve upon their leadership skills and invest in themselves. With classes focusing on topics such as public speaking, community outreach, and political involvement, these REALTORS® are now prepared to take the next step in their careers. We know they will make an immediate impact on their brokerages, our associations, and the real estate profession.
The Leadership Lab created opportunities for REALTORS® to learn, grow, connect, and discover their leadership potential. Without the joint effort between the three regional associations, this program would not have been possible. The success of this inaugural class is a testament to how much can be accomplished through hard work, dedication, and collaboration between strong organizations.
