Professionalism and ethics are at the heart of a successful real estate career. On August 27, RAGC hosted Mastering the Human Side of Real Estate: RAGC Professionalism & Ethics Certification, a three-hour continuing education course focused on the skills REALTORS® use every day when working with clients, customers and fellow professionals.
The course gave attendees practical strategies for strengthening communication, navigating fiduciary duties and social media, and making ethical decisions in real-world situations. Through interactive discussions and mock case examples, participants explored how professionalism and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics come together in everyday practice.
What Does the RAGC Certification Mean?
The RAGC Ethics & Professionalism Certification recognizes REALTORS® who have completed RAGC’s designated education focused on ethics and professionalism.
If you see the RAGC Ethics & Professionalism Certification logo on a REALTOR®’s marketing materials, it represents their commitment to continuing education and maintaining high standards of professionalism in their real estate practice.
