February 13, 2023 – CINCINNATI, OH – The REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC) announced the recipients of their annual association awards. The Circle of Excellence awards recognize the outstanding residential sales performance of REALTORS® or Affiliate members in good standing with the RAGC and their accomplishments throughout the year.  

Throughout its storied history, the Circle of Excellence has become the symbol of distinction and superior professionalism. Its recipients are among an elite group of the profession’s top performers. Inclusion in the Circle of Excellence is a highly regarded career achievement throughout the REALTOR community.

Attaining status as a Circle of Excellence honoree is a testament to your tireless effort and unparalleled commitment to service your client’s needs,” said Angela Kemp, Chair of the Circle of Excellence committee. 

The following awards are bestowed, along with the Circle of Excellence, which is administered as part of a separate awards program: 

REALTOR® of the Year/Sales – Tiffany Allen-Zeuch, Sibcy Cline REALTORS®. The REALTOR® of-the-Year/Sales award is presented annually to a REALTOR® involved in sales production who best exemplifies REALTOR® professionalism. 

Tiffany is extremely active in RAGC and with several community and civic groups. Tiffany has been selling homes since 2002, staying busy by averaging 50-60 transactions annually. She will be the RAGC REALTOR of the Year honoree at the upcoming Ohio REALTORS Annual Convention this September. 

REALTOR® of the Year – Manager – Stephanie Sudbrack-Busam, Sibcy Cline REALTORS®. The award is presented annually to a REALTOR® involved in office management/administration who best exemplifies REALTOR® professionalism. 

Stephanie has been a manager for 31 years and currently leads an office of 80-plus agents through coaching and training. Stephanie has been extremely active at all levels of the REALTOR organization, serving as a member and Chair on a variety of Committees and Forums, as well as with a host of community groups. Stephanie served as President of RAGC in 2021. 

Top Residential Team is the Oyler-Hines Group, Coldwell Banker Realty. The Top Residential Team Award is a true testament to their leadership in the profession and commitment to promoting homeownership. This is the second year for the Top Residential Team Award. It is determined by the team with the highest gross commission income. 

 

 

 

 

 

Top Residential Agent – Julie Back, Sibcy Cline REALTORS®. The Top Residential Award is determined by the person with the highest gross commission income. 

Julie has been a REALTOR® with Sibcy Cline for 30 years.  She has been named RAGC’s “top individual agent” for nine successive years, a board record, and the first time this milestone has been achieved in board history.  

 

 

 

Lifetime Achievement Award – Steve Casper, Kopf Hunter Haas REALTORS®. This award is presented annually to a REALTOR® who has served the real estate industry, The REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati and the community for more than 15 years of their career.

For the past 52-plus years, Steve Casper has devoted his time and energy to making our profession better. He has served as President of the REALTOR Association here locally and at Ohio REALTORS. He has also served as the National Association of REALTORS Region 6 Vice President. Steve is the embodiment of the can–do spirit so prevalent within the REALTOR family. 

 

 

Good Neighbor Award – Gina Dubell-Smith, eXp Realty. The Good Neighbor Award is an award that recognizes a REALTOR® who is making an extraordinary impact in their community.  

 

Gina has spent countless hours sharing her time and talent for The Art League of Loveland, which celebrates, encourages, and develops a passion for the visual arts and artists in the Loveland community. In the past three years, Gina served as the sponsorship chair and turned her office into a gallery spot for the organization’s main annual event, the Art Gallery Crawl. Along with the Good Neighbor Award, RAGC will be making a $500 donation to The Art League of Loveland in Gina’s name. 

 

 

 

Affiliate of the Year – Stef Adams, Guaranteed Rate. This award is presented to an affiliate member of REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati who is involved at RAGC through committee participation, education, sponsorship, etc. and works to make their community a better place through civic involvement.  

 

 

 

 

 

Stef spends her time educating the consumer, REALTORS®, and other affiliates on her specialty – renovation financing, which includes teaching a 3-hour CE class on Renovation Loans. Stef has served on the Professional Development, DEI, and YPN Committees and sponsors REALTORS With Heart and the Circle of Excellence and is a staunch supporter of RPAC. Her presence on committees, in meetings, in classes, and during a transaction makes everyone involved feel heard, safe, cared for, and important.
