The REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati and the Greater Cincinnati Realtist Association continued their long-standing partnership by renewing an agreement on Oct. 18 that achieves three key goals:
- Creates a more inclusive environment for all REALTORS® and Realtists;
- Fosters a strong, cohesive partnership between the two groups;
- Educates and informs membership of both organizations on discriminatory and Fair Housing-related issues that continue to impact home buyers and sellers throughout Greater Cincinnati.
The newly signed agreement between the two organizations extends the partnership through 2026.
“The goals of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati and the Greater Cincinnati Realtist Association are aligned – we jointly want to expand and strengthen homeownership opportunities throughout the marketplace,” said Tracy Dunne, President of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati. “We look forward to advancing our shared vision of enhanced service to our respective membership and, more importantly, to the region’s buyers and sellers.”
Marcus Parrish, President of the Greater Cincinnati Realtist Association, emphasizes that the true beneficiaries of the renewed partnership will be the consumer.
“Our long-standing commitment of ‘Democracy in Housing’ and being the voice of the underserved members of our community is amplified because of our partnership with the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati,” Parrish said. “We look forward to continuing our mission of bringing real estate professionals together to have a meaningful exchange of ideas about the business and how best to serve our clientele.”
