Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, and Warren Counties’ home sales were up 20.3% in May 2023 over April. Compared to last year, sales are down 24.0%, with 1,673 closed sales in May 2023 from 2,201 in May 2022.

The median sales price has increased in May 2023 by 6.6% from April and 7.8% from May 2022.

The days on the market have remained steady with April 2023 and May 2022, with no change from the two days on the market.

New listings are up in May 2023 by 2.1% from April 2023 but down 15.8% from last year.

Active inventory increased 15.7% to 1,465 from April 2023 and only 0.3% from May 2022.

The market is still tight with 0.9 months of supply compared to May 2022 with 0.6% but is down 3.8% from April 2023.
