March 2024 Home Sales Report for Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont Counties

Cincinnati, OH — March 15, 2024 — The real estate market in Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont counties witnessed remarkable trends in March 2024, according to the latest data provided by Cincy MLS and analyzed by Domus Analytics®.

Key Highlights:

Overall Performance: In March, 1,842 homes were sold across the four counties, a 14.8% increase compared to February 2024 and a slight decrease of 1.8% from March 2023.
Median Sales Price: The median sales price of homes was $295,000, up 4.8% from the previous month and 28.1% from the same month last year.
Days on Market: Homes spent an average of 13 days on the market before selling, which is faster by 40% compared to February 2024.
Inventory Dynamics: Active inventory stood at 1,401 units, slightly up by 1.3% from February 2024 but down 7.5% compared to March 2023. The month’s supply of inventory decreased sharply by 20.9% from the previous month, indicating a tighter market.
Efficiency of Sales: On average, sellers received approximately 100.1% of their list price, a slight improvement over the previous month.
