We are now accepting applications for the Leadership Lab, a brand-new Leadership Academy created by the joint cooperation of Dayton REALTORS®, the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, and the Southern Ohio Association of REALTORS®. This program will feature a series of courses specifically designed to prepare members for leadership roles in your association and the community. These courses will focus on everything from public speaking, political involvement, and community outreach to inspiring others with your vison and business skills. LEADERSHIP ACADEMY MODULES AND DATES FOR 2026

Module 1: April 1, 2026
Knowing Yourself As a Leader
Location: RAGC Board Office
This session will be focused on learning how YOU best operate as a leader. It will provide you with an in-depth look at being a leader, not only in your business, but also in every facet of your life. Participants will engage in the DiSC Work of Leaders profile study to fully understand their personalities and leadership types as they grow and evolve in the program throughout their time in the Academy.

Module 2: April 29, 2026
Welcome to Leadership Within Your Association
Location: Dayton REALTORS®
This session will allow participants to learn in greater depth how their individual association works. They will hear from leaders within their association about their path(s) to leadership within their association.

Module 3: May 13, 2026
REALTORS® at the Rotunda
Location: Columbus Statehouse
Join REALTORS® from across the state at the annual Ohio REALTORS® at the Rotunda. You will meet with our state legislators as well as attend sessions on important issues affecting private property rights and home ownership.

Module 4: June 10, 2026
Introduction to Conscious Leadership (morning session)
Location: Aileron campus in Tipp City. 8860 Wildcat Road
Designed for leaders at all levels, this session introduces participants to tools and frameworks to improve their emotional intelligence, better navigate conflict, reduce blame, have more productive conversations and get better business results.
Inside Out Leadership (afternoon session)
In this session, participants will explore the core of effective leadership by looking inward. The focus will be on aligning personal values, beliefs and behaviors to lead authentically and inspire others. Through self-reflection exercises and guided discussion, you will learn how to enhance your leadership style by fostering self-awareness, emotional intelligence and resilience. This session will help you better understand how to lead from a place of strength and integrity, both personally and professionally.

Module 5: July 8, 2026
Ohio Division of Real Estate (morning session)
Location: Ohio Division of Real Estate – 6606 Tussing Rd, Reynoldsburg, OH
This session you will sit in on the Ohio Real Estate Commission meeting, learning what is happening on a statewide level with licensees. You will receive 3 hours of Continuing Education.
Ohio REALTORS® (afternoon session)
Location: 200 E. Town St., Columbus, OH 43215

Module 6: August 12, 2026
Global Day
Location: TBD
Hear from leaders from area cultural groups and learn how working with a diverse set of clients can impact your business and community. Participants will gain insights into how global economic changes affect local real estate and how to adapt to these shifts.

Module 7: September 9, 2026
Public Speaking
Location: SOAR Board Office
This module is designed to enhance participants’ public speaking skills and prepare them for spokesperson roles.

Module 8: October 14, 2026
Graduation
Location: Dayton REALTORS®

Mandatory Attendance Policy: Participants are required to attend ALL program days. No refunds will be given for withdrawal or dismissal from the Program. Full attendance and participation is required. Arriving late or leaving early will be considered the same as missing an entire class and could result in dismissal from the Program.

Participation Policy: To maintain focus and engagement, all phones and laptops must be turned off and put away during all Leadership Academy sessions. If you anticipate an urgent
need, please inform staff ahead of time.
