The Greater Cincinnati housing market across Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, and Warren counties continued to demonstrate strong momentum in October 2025, with increases in home prices, sales volume, and available listings compared to the same time last year, according to the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC).

The median sold price for October reached $310,000, a 5.1% increase from October 2024, reflecting ongoing home value growth throughout the region. Units sold totaled 1,578, up 2.9% from last year, while total sold volume climbed to $603.3 million, marking a 13.5% year-over-year increase.

“Even as the market navigates evolving economic conditions, the data shows confidence on both sides of transactions — sellers continue to see appreciation, and buyers are benefiting from more options thanks to rising inventory,” said DaVan Gassett, President of RAGC.

Inventory growth continues to contribute to a more balanced market. Active listings rose to 3,380, a 30.6% increase compared to last year, while new listings totaled 2,390, up 13.1%. Homes spent a median of 10 days on the market, which is 25.0% longer than October 2024, indicating buyers have slightly more time to make decisions while homes still sell quickly.

“Year-to-date figures also show sustained strength. Through the end of October, a total of 15,103 homes sold, up 3.4% from the same period last year. The year-to-date median price remains $310,000, a 4.9% increase from $295,500 last year, and total year-to-date sold volume reached $5.69 billion, up 9.9% from $5.18 billion in 2024.
