Despite the challenges posed by seasonal trends, the market has demonstrated resilience and continued growth.

In February, the region saw a significant increase in home sales, underscoring the strong demand for housing in Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont counties. The detailed report highlights key trends and statistics that are shaping the local real estate landscape.
