This class is designed for real estate agents who aim to enhance their expertise in securing buyer agency agreements.  It offers a deep dive into the strategies, communication skills, and legal considerations necessary for effectively obtaining signed buyer agency agreements.  Participants will learn how to build trust and rapport with potential clients, understand and articulate the benefits of a buyer agency agreement, and navigate the legalities and ethics involved in these agreements.
