This program is being certified for 3 hours of CE credit. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present 90% of the program to receive credit. Attendees must join with video and stay within view during the program in order to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. The objective of this class will be to assist Realtors in understanding the many different areas that comprise mortgage financing in today’s fast paced markets. Realtors will learn the basics of mortgage financing and how to differentiate the many loan products available today in order to best meet their client’s needs. This program will focus on mortgage products, credit analysis, income analysis, and the home appraisal, and how best to provide clients’ direction in navigating their home purchase.
