Mock Ethics Hearing offers an interactive look at the REALTOR® ethics hearing process through a simulated case based on NAR Professional Standards procedures. Participants will observe each stage of an ethics hearing, examine the application of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, and engage in discussion about ethical decision-making, hearing procedures, and potential outcomes.
