This course will meet the State of Ohio Ethics requirement as well as the National Association of Realtors(NAR) ethics mandate. The course will review NAR’s Code of Ethics as well as Ohio’s Canon of Ethics and provide attendees an overview of the complaint process as well as penalties. Case studies will also be presented with real world examples that licensees can learn from.
