This past weekend, the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati proudly hosted the first-ever Cincy MEGA Open House — and what a success it was!

Across Southwestern Ohio, REALTORS® opened the doors to more than 460 homes, inviting neighbors, prospective buyers, and the community to explore the possibilities of homeownership. From bustling city neighborhoods to quiet suburban cul-de-sacs, yard signs were everywhere, and the excitement was unmistakable.

Vice Mayor Jan-Michele Lemon Kearney joined in the celebration, expressing her enthusiasm for the incredible participation and community spirit on display. REALTORS® shared that they were energized by the turnout, with many seeing strong engagement and new connections with buyers eager to take the next step toward their dream home.

RAGC Board President Davan Gasset praised the accomplishment, saying:

“This was truly a team win for our REALTOR® community. Every broker and agent who stepped up to participate played a critical role in making this event such a success. Your commitment, collaboration, and passion for helping people achieve the dream of homeownership is what made this weekend possible — and it’s what makes our profession so impactful.”

As this was the inaugural event, much was learned — and organizers are ready to take those insights and make next year’s Cincy MEGA Open House even bigger and better. The commitment and creativity of our REALTOR® community truly made this weekend one to remember, and we can’t wait to build on this momentum.

Thank you to every REALTOR® who participated, every neighbor who spread the word, and every visitor who took the time to explore an open house. A special thank you to OWN Cincy, Darrick Dansby, and the City of Cincinnati! Together, we’re opening doors — literally and figuratively — to homeownership opportunities across Greater Cincinnati.

Here’s to next year — more homes, more connections, and more dreams coming true.
