We are thrilled to offer a unique scholarship opportunity designed to provide financial assistance and promote diverse career prospects in the real estate sector to promising high school graduates from Hamilton, Butler, and Warren counties in Ohio.

Objective
The program aims to bring favorable awareness to the real estate profession and support young talents pursuing higher education in fields related to real estate.
- Award Amount: $1000 scholarships will be awarded per eligible county: Hamilton, Butler, and Warren counties in Ohio.
- Eligibility: Graduating high school seniors residing in the aforementioned counties, intending to pursue higher education in a real estate-related field.
- Area: Hamilton, Butler, and Warren counties in Ohio.

Application Process
Thank you for your interest in the Real Estate Pathways Scholarship. We are now accepting applications for 2026 high school seniors.

- The applicant/recipient of the scholarship must reside in Hamilton, Butler, and Warren counties in Ohio.
- The applicant must be a graduating high school senior for the year 2026.
- Applications must include an electronic copy (PDF form) of the student’s unofficial high school transcript. (Including attendance)
- Applications must include a letter of recommendation (PDF format) from a non-family member, such as a teacher, counselor, clergyman, coach, employer, or trainer.
- An application must include a list of higher education institutions that the applicant is exploring.
- Applicants must submit an answer to the essay question in PDF format via the application process.
