This program is certified for 1.5 hours of CE credit. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present 90% of the program to receive credit. Attendees must join with video and stay within view during the program in order to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. The Ohio REALTORS Forms Committee has created a new statewide purchase contract incorporating best practices from around the state. This program will be an in-depth discussion of the contract and how it addresses purchase contract issues.
