We’re pleased to announce that applications for the 2026 Circle of Excellence (COE) Awards are now open, and will remain open through Tuesday, October 13.
All award applications must be submitted online through your Member Portal. This will allow agents who have completed their COE year (October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026) to start filling out their applications once their closings are completed for the award qualifying period.
Please take a moment to review the updated rules and important changes for this year’s program. While award levels remain the same, several key revisions have been made that may impact your eligibility or recognition.
- 2026 COE Rules (Article 4 – Section 1.1): If you are licensed in states other than Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana, any sales completed in those other states are not eligible for Circle of Excellence consideration.
- 2026 COE Rules (Article 4 – Section 1.3): Teams must apply according to the actual team structure under which they conduct business, even if one or more team members are not members of RAGC. A two-person team cannot submit an application as an individual simply because only one team member belongs to RAGC.
- 2026 COE Rules (Article 4 – Section 6A): Beginning October 1, whatever size the team qualifies as (refer to article 4, method B for team sizes) is the level the team should apply for in that award year. Teams must apply for a larger “team size” if members are added after October 1 but cannot apply for a smaller “team size” if members leave the team after October 1.
- 2026 COE Rules (Article 5 – Section 1.6): Teams must submit all team members and all transactions on a single transaction entry form. Submitting individual sales and/or team members on separate forms will result in disqualification.
Notable Updates for 2026:
- Invoices will be emailed directly to applicants after the October 13 deadline. Designated REALTORS®/Office Delegates may bulk pay through the Member Portal.
- If your office covers the COE application fee, please confirm this directly with your Office Manager, as policies vary by brokerage.
- All applications will be reviewed for accuracy and membership compliance.

Important Reminders:
- The application fee is $175.
- The application deadline is Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
- Applications submitted after October 13 will be automatically audited and subject to an additional $650 late fee.
- Applications received after 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October 20 will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Application Requirements:
- Agents and Team Leads must apply through their personal Member Portal.
- Applications must include a completed transaction sheet (signed by both agent and broker/manager), and a high-resolution photo or logo.
- This photo/logo will be used in all COE-related marketing, including event materials and agent/team promotions.
