The Greater Cincinnati housing market in Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, and Warren counties continued to strengthen in June, with notable gains in home prices, sales volume, and active inventory, according to the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati.
Home sales in June 2025 totaled 1,776, representing a 13.0% increase compared to June 2024. The median sold price also rose to $328,000, up 6.8% from the previous year—marking continued value growth in the region.
“We’re seeing a surge in both activity and confidence across the board,” said DaVan Gassett, President of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati. “A rise in new listings and active inventory is giving buyers more choices, while consistent demand is keeping market performance strong.”
Year-to-date sales reached 8,558, a 4.1% increase from 8,223 at this time last year. The year-to-date median price rose to $305,000—up 5.2% from $290,000 in 2024. Total sold volume in June exceeded $712 million, a 22.9% year-over-year increase. Cumulative 2025 volume now stands at over $3.17 billion, reflecting a 10.5% rise from the prior year.
Inventory continues to expand, with 2,722 active listings in June—up 42.9% from last year. New listings rose 12.1% to 2,451, further strengthening buyer options. Homes spent a median of 4 days on the market in June, a 33.3% increase from the same time last year—suggesting that while properties are still moving quickly, buyers may be taking slightly more time to make decisions amid greater inventory.
