RAGC’s Circle of Excellence is an elite club of Cincinnati’s top agents. Each year we honor those who have excelled with outstanding residential sales performance.

How to Qualify
- Your eligibility begins with at least a minimum of 3-month membership as RAGC.
- The recognition period runs from October 1 – September 30.
- We honor inductees into the club at a special awards ceremony.

Beginning in 2024, the Top Team Award will be presented in each Circle of Excellence Team category (small, medium, and large).
2025 Circle of Excellence Applications
All award applications must be submitted via your RAGC Member Portal
Method 1: Each Individual applicant must have closed a minimum of $3,500,000 in Sales Volume as a result of the applicant’s participation in selling, listing, referral fees and tip fees related to the sale of real estate during the recognition period. Only the “Sold Price” in the MLS will be counted as Sales Volume. (See Rules for complete qualifications).
Method 2: Each Team must have closed a minimum of (see chart below for qualification amounts) in Sales Volume as a result of any of the team members’ (only those listed on the application and meet membership requirement) participation in selling, listing, referral fees and tip fees related to the sale of real estate during the recognition period. Only the “Sold Price,” as shown in the MLS, will be counted as Sales Volume.

The Deadline for Applications is October 14, 2025
Any application received after 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 will not be eligible. NO EXCEPTIONS.
