RAGC’s Circle of Excellence is an elite club of Cincinnati’s top agents. Each year we honor those who have excelled with outstanding residential sales performance.

How to Qualify
Each applicant must have closed a minimum of $3,500,000 in Sales Volume as a result of the applicant’s participation in selling, listing, referral fees and tip fees related to the sale of real estate during the recognition period. Only the sold price in the MLS will be counted as Sales Volume. (See Rules for complete qualifications).
- Your eligibility begins with at least a minimum of 3-month membership as RAGC.
- The recognition period runs from October 1 – September 30.
- We honor inductees into the club at a special awards ceremony.
2024 Circle of Excellence Nominations
All award applications must be submitted via your RAGC Member Portal
To qualify, agents must achieve a minimum sales volume of $3,500,000 from individual sales, listings, and related fees during a specific recognition period. We need to add “Each team must have closed a minimum of $5,500,000 for small teams, $13,000,000 for medium teams, and $20,000,000 for large teams in Sales Volume as a result of any of the team members (only those listed on the application and meet membership requirement) participation in selling, listing, referral fees and tip fees related to the sale of real estate during the recognition period.

2024 Rising Star Award Nominations
NEW FOR 2024! RISING STAR AWARD
The Young Professionals Network Rising Star Award celebrates exceptional REALTORS® with less than three years of experience who are on track to achieve $2 million in sales. Eligible candidates demonstrate active involvement in the community and the real estate industry, coupled with high ethical standards and enthusiasm for their profession. Nominations must be submitted through the designated online form by the deadline, ensuring all candidates are in good standing with the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati.
The Deadline for Applications is October 14, 2024
An application submitted after October 14, 2024 will be automatically audited and charged an additional $650.00 late fee.
