There are three (3) REALTOR® Director candidates for three (3) seats (three-year term) commencing January 1, 2027.

Michelle Billings, Keller Williams Advisors Realty

Michelle Billings is a REALTOR® and Director of Training and Compliance with Keller Williams Advisors Realty, bringing more than 20 years of real estate experience to the industry. Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky since 2002, Michelle has built her career around professional development, compliance, and supporting REALTORS® as they navigate an evolving industry. She holds the ABR, SFR, and AHWD designations and earned her degree in Political Science from Bowling Green State University.
Michelle has been deeply engaged in REALTOR® leadership at the local, state, and national levels. She served as President of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati in 2019 and as President of Ohio REALTORS® in 2025. She has also served on the National Association of REALTORS® Strategic Planning Committee and the Cleveland Federal Reserve Regional Business Advisory Board. Her leadership and service have been recognized with the 2024 RAGC REALTOR® of the Year award and the 2025 Ohio REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year award.
Michelle is passionate about protecting the future of the real estate profession and ensuring REALTORS® have the resources and support they need to succeed. She believes the Association has an opportunity to demonstrate its value beyond the MLS by focusing on the evolving needs of the brokerage community. If elected to the Board of Directors, Michelle hopes to help shape and protect the industry’s future while attracting, developing, and preparing the next generation of REALTOR® leaders.
Missy Bolser, Sibcy Cline

Missy Bolser is a REALTOR® and real estate manager with Sibcy Cline Realtors, bringing more than 30 years of full-time experience in the real estate industry. Throughout her career, she has worked as both a sales professional and manager, navigating a variety of market conditions while helping buyers, sellers, and agents successfully navigate the complexities of real estate. As a manager, she is committed to mentoring and coaching agents, promoting collaboration and best practices, and maintaining a strong focus on professionalism, ethics, risk reduction, and client service.
Missy has been actively involved in REALTOR® leadership and professional service at the local and state levels. She previously served on the Hamilton-Fairfield Board of REALTORS® Member Services Committee and has participated in DEI and Professional Standards initiatives. She has served on the Professional Standards Forum for the past two years and currently serves as an Ombudsman for Ohio REALTORS®. Missy is a graduate of the Board’s 2020 Leadership Academy and has earned recognition including Million Dollar Club, Circle of Excellence, and Ohio President’s Sales Club honors. She completed her real estate studies through Hondros College and continues to prioritize education and professional development.
With more than three decades of experience as both a REALTOR® and manager, Missy brings a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing professionals at every stage of their careers. She is passionate about giving back to the profession and believes the Association can strengthen its impact by providing meaningful education, professional standards support, leadership development, advocacy, and opportunities for members to connect and become involved. Missy is committed to advocating for REALTORS®, strengthening member engagement, and helping build a professional, inclusive, and connected REALTOR® community.
Jeanne M. Wallman, MBA, Robinson Sotheby’s International Realty

Personable, professional, and—most of all—knowledgeable about the ins and outs of southwest Ohio real estate, Jeanne’s clients learn from the moment they meet her, she will work tirelessly to achieve and exceed their expectations. She gets results. Prior to launching a career in real estate, Jeanne obtained undergraduate degrees in both psychology and social work from Wilmington College. She then continued on to Miami University and earned her MBA with a focus on marketing. The preparation, research, and advocacy required in social work have seamlessly carried over into how Jeanne engages with clients in real estate. While working with older adults and their families, she honed vital skills of listening, understanding client’s needs, and providing resources and solutions. This experience makes her an expert clients reach out to for her understanding of aging, family challenges, and the importance of finding the right home at each stage of life. She is a consummate professional, armed with local knowledge, negotiation skills, creative marketing plans, and extensive connections, she makes recommendations that are both realistic and a win for all parties. Detail-oriented with an incredibly positive attitude, Jeanne effectively uses all of her skills to simplify a complex process, making it as seamless as possible. Jeanne is most at home on her horse farm, surrounded by animals, in Clermont County which she shares with her husband, Jeff Smith. As a lifelong equestrian, she has also been called upon many times to help her clients obtain these unique properties. Regardless of the type of home, Jeanne always has her client’s best interests at the forefront of her mind, and most importantly, she closes. Jeanne is incredible, there are no other words you would choose when describing your experience with her.
