There are four (4) REALTOR® Director candidates for three (3) seats (three-year term) commencing December 1, 2025.

Michael Francy, Sibcy Cline
Michael Francy is the Sales Manager of Sibcy Cline’s Voice of America office, where he leads a team of more than 100 real estate professionals with a focus on collaboration, mentorship, and client success. Since beginning his career in 2016, Michael has completed over 275 transactions and generated more than $60 million in sales volume. Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky, he brings a dual perspective as a high-performing agent and strategic leader, giving him a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that REALTORS® face in today’s market.
Michael has been actively involved in the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, serving in numerous leadership roles. He chaired the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee in 2024 after previously serving as Vice Chair, and in 2025 he continues his leadership as Director, DEI Committee Director Liaison, and Golf Outing Committee Director Liaison. He is also a graduate of the RAGC Leadership Academy (2023) and has contributed to the Ethics & Professional Standards Forum and other Association initiatives.
At the state and community level, Michael is equally engaged. He is a founding member of The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, and a recipient of multiple honors including the RAGC Circle of Excellence 2021–2024, Ohio REALTORS® President’s Sales Club (2017–2025), and the Butler Warren Sales Masters Award (2017– 2021). He also holds the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) designation from NAR, underscoring his commitment to Fair Housing and equitable opportunity.
Michael is dedicated to advancing the real estate profession through ethical leadership, industry advocacy, and mentorship. He believes in the transformative power of homeownership and is committed to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and integrity-driven future for the REALTOR® community.
Maurie Hornsby, Keller Williams Advisors
Maurie Hornsby is a licensed real estate professional with Keller Williams Advisors, bringing a strong background in psychology, business, and leadership to her career. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with both an undergraduate degree in Psychology and an MBA specializing in Human Resources, Maurie combines strategic thinking with a relationship-focused approach in all aspects of her work.
Since entering real estate, Maurie has quickly become an active and engaged leader within the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati. She currently serves as Chair of YPN (2025) and has also been involved with YPN since 2023, the RAGC Leadership Academy (2023), RPAC (2024), and the State and National Strategies Committee (2025). At the state level, she is a graduate of the Ohio REALTORS® Leadership Academy (2024) and a participant in the Global Business Alliance Committee (2025).
Outside of real estate, Maurie extends her leadership and service into her community as a member of the Good Samaritan Hospital NICU Parents Board.
Maurie is recognized for her ability to balance big-picture vision with attention to detail, navigate complex negotiations, and creatively solve problems. She values collaboration, clear communication, and empowering others to achieve their goals. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to service, Maurie strives to bring innovation, integrity, and dedication to her profession and to the members she represents.
Andrew Nichols, Bowling & Kugler Realty
Andrew Nichols has been a licensed real estate professional since 2015 and currently serves as a salesperson at Bowling & Kugler Realty, a family-owned brokerage in Greater Cincinnati. His career in real estate has been marked by a commitment to collaboration, adaptability, and integrity—qualities he credits to both his work in real estate and his previous career as a teacher.
Within the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, Andrew has been actively engaged for the past five years, serving on the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee (2023–2025) and completing the RAGC Leadership Academy in 2022. At the state level, he earned his Ohio REALTORS® DE&I Certification in 2024. His contributions have been recognized with the Butler Warren Sales Master Award and the RAGC Circle of Excellence Award 2024.
Beyond real estate, Andrew is deeply involved in his community. He has served as PTO Chair at Blue Ash Elementary, volunteered with the Blue Ash Blue Fins Swim Team, and coached with the GSSA Youth Soccer program. He is a proud graduate of Wittenberg University, holding a bachelor’s degree earned in 2005.
Andrew believes in the power of clear communication, teamwork, and adaptability. He is dedicated to strengthening the profession by promoting collaboration, supporting integrity in real estate, and ensuring that members remain connected to the positive impact their Board delivers.
Lee Sokolis, RE/MAX Preferred Group
Lee Sokolis has been a licensed real estate professional since 2005 and currently serves as a salesperson and the Director of Agent Development at RE/MAX Preferred Group. With nearly two decades of experience, Lee has built a reputation for excellence in both sales and professional growth, consistently earning recognition including the Ohio REALTORS® President’s Sales Club, RAGC Circle of Excellence 2019–2024, RE/MAX Platinum Team Club Award, and placement among RE/MAX’s Top 100 Teams in Ohio for Sales Volume.
Dedicated to advancing the real estate profession, Lee has been an active member of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, where she served as chair of the Professional Development Committee (2024) and has served for four years on both the Professional Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committees, as well as one year on the Ethics & Professional Standards Forum. At Ohio REALTORS®, she currently serves on the Professional Development Committee and has previously contributed her expertise to the Property Management, MLS, Professional Standards, and Real Property Valuation forums.
Beyond real estate, Lee is engaged in her community through volunteer work with her local school district, including classroom and field trip support, and as a Girl Scouts volunteer. A graduate of Hondros College, the University of Cincinnati, and the School for the Creative and Performing Arts, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her professional and civic service.
Lee is passionate about helping others grow, committed to compliance and integrity, and driven by a lifelong thirst for knowledge. She believes leadership begins with knowing how to follow, and she strives to elevate those around her to succeed.
