Kevin Hildebrand, eXp Realty
Kevin Hildebrand brings three decades of real estate experience to his candidacy for the Board of Directors. Licensed in Ohio since 1994, Kevin has been involved in over 5,000 transactions, building a wealth of knowledge that he believes can elevate the professionalism of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC). As the leader of The Hildebrand Team at eXp Realty, Kevin has cultivated a reputation for effective service and industry expertise.
While Kevin’s recent involvement with RAGC, Ohio REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS® has been minimal, he aims to bring his extensive hands-on experience to the board. His focus is on enhancing respect among agents and contributing to the overall professionalism of the industry.
Each candidate has answered the question: “Examining your career and personal experiences, what are the qualities that you would consider an attribute to the Board of Directors if elected?” I think my 30 years of experience and being involved in over 5,000 transactions I could bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in making our board more professional and would like to focus on elevating the respect among agents.
Tim Roberts, Comey & Shepherd
Tim Roberts brings a wealth of leadership experience and industry involvement to his candidacy for the Board of Directors. After a successful 20-year career as a fashion executive in New York City, Tim transitioned into real estate upon returning to Cincinnati in 2014. He quickly established himself in the field, earning his license in Ohio and Kentucky and building a team of seven REALTORS® at Comey & Shepherd. His dedication to excellence is demonstrated by his continuous recognition in the Circle of Excellence from 2016 to 2023.
Tim’s active participation within the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC) includes serving as Chair of the Circle of Excellence (COE), as well as serving on the MLS Users Committee for three consecutive years. His leadership also extends beyond the real estate world, where he serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the World Affairs Council of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
With a Bachelor of Science in Design from the University of Cincinnati, Tim blends creativity with strategic thinking. His extensive leadership experience, both in real estate and his previous career, has prepared him to contribute to the Board of Directors with a strong voice and a collaborative mindset.
Each candidate has answered the question: “Examining your career and personal experiences, what are the qualities that you would consider an attribute to the Board of Directors if elected?” After a twenty-year career in the fashion industry as an executive based in NYC, upon my return to Cincinnati, I wanted to make a career change that would utilize my leadership experience and enable me to build a business. I decided to pursue Real Estate and have never looked back! Becoming involved at the board has allowed me to work from the inside to have a voice in how RAGC moves forward. I have a diversity of thought that is needed at the board, and I am not shy in voicing an opinion. Building a team of 7 Realtors has prepared me to work with others to achieve a positive outcome. The ultimate goal of any board of directors should be to work for the members and propel the organization forward, especially in these new and uncertain times for our industry.

Each candidate has answered the question: “Examining your career and personal experiences, what are the qualities that you would consider an attribute to the Board of Directors if elected? I am an Ohio native and have been a resident of Cincinnati for 34 years. In my prior career, I owned my own fundraising business, working with schools to help them raise money. Starting a business from scratch prepared me well for life as an agent. After a successful 10-year career as an agent, I transitioned to office manager and now enjoy helping agents grow and develop their own businesses. I am a student of Real Estate and our industry and have educated myself and my agents on all the changes on the horizon and am prepared to meet whatever comes. I have cultivated a reputation built on my personal integrity and pride myself on being an agent that you look forward to working with. Being a director means making decisions that affect all our members, and I will always bear that in mind. The only certainty in life is change, and I passionately believe we must embrace it or be left behind. I want to use my experience to empower and educate others in this industry so we can work together to meet the changes we face.

Each candidate has answered the question: “Examining your career and personal experiences, what are the qualities that you would consider an attribute to the Board of Directors if elected?” Thirty five years ago I jumped into a career that has exceeded my expectations! Yes a career! During high school and college years, I was an admin for a small real estate brokerage in Groesbeck;. After graduating, I was a Daycare Administrator, teaching 5 year olds! Cost accounting in a meat processing plant, and today, I’m a veteran realtor! At the time I was licensed, it was generally thought that perhaps I was a housewife wanting to get out of the house and meet friends for “coffee” and maybe show a house or two! As you all know, this can be a rewarding, challenging, exciting, frustrating career path and can keep you awake at night trying to solve a situation for that client! I’ve been blessed by the friendships over the years, the excitement of earning Circle, State recognition, becoming a Broker and even experiencing ownership. I was a Director in the early 2000’s, and I’ve served on several committees over the years, including Education, Contracts, and Professional Standards. Most of all, I want you to know I appreciate the opportunity to represent our membership and ask for your support.
