Sometimes members play a guessing game when seeking information they need from the Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS® (CABR) or Multiple Listing Service (MLS). And, staff sometimes has some digging to do to help the member. There is a myriad of forms and information available on the CABR and MLS websites. It’s a good idea to familiarize yourself with the information available on each site.
On the CABR website, you can update your CABR membership information, pay CABR dues and fees, register for classes and events, invest in RPAC, find information on REALTOR® procedures and access over 50 contract and forms that can be used in real estate purchase and lease transactions.
To access the CABR contracts and forms you must be signed in at www.cabr.org. Once signed in, information is available by scrolling down the page to find the appropriate section or document.
The MLS website, www.cincymls.net, has forms (not contracts) to facilitate entering and maintaining listings, the electronic keybox system and MLS membership
Example forms include, but are not limited to:
- New Listing Validation,
- Price Change, Expiration, Cancellation,
- Keybox Agreement
- MLS Membership Application
You may access the MLS forms from two different locations.
- Once you login to Rapattoni, there is a widget box on the home page.
- Once you login to Rapattoni, along the top tool bar, you may select Links, Links and Documents, Printable or Interactive Forms.
The member must be signed-in to the correct website to access that site’s information.
With all the information accessible by CABR and MLS members (24/7), it’s worth it to take the time to visit both websites to see everything that is available. And, if you’re having trouble finding the correct form or information, the Board and MLS staff can direct you during business hours.
